About Me
- Mike Burns
- Nags Head, NC, United States
- Windsurfing has ruled more than 1/2 my life. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about how it feels to fly across the water, fly through the air, or spin around in circles on my windsurf gear. So to help spread the stoke (and further give in to my addiction) I started this blog. I hope you find it entertaining and a place to go for some useful information.

it's peaceful..it's amazing..and most of all it's been nuking in Bonaire...
ReplyDeleteMike your turn soon..it's been a pleasure booking your trips..LOVE the LI Posse.
ReplyDeleteIt's a pleasure to always have you book our trips! I can't wait to get down there. I've been watching the jibecity webcam every day It's been 20 knots for about a month straight! I haven't had a nice peaceful freestyle session in 3 months! It's either been blowing 40 knots or below freezing. This will be a much needed trip. Just hope I'm not too rusty.
ReplyDeleteI can feel it, great video. Dying to be back there. The GoPro Hero HD should be able to catch the beauty of the place even better...
ReplyDeleteI like even the opening frame on your blog at the bar. I'll have the crab salad and an Amstel Bright, please!
ReplyDelete-Michael (heading to Bonaire in March.)
You and me both Michael. I've got the Go Pro HD so I can't wait to try that out. Hopefully we'll come home with enough footage to make a nice Bonaire video.
ReplyDeleteMike,
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you liked my video. You're right - not much action, just supposed to give the feel of sailing in Bonaire. If I could freestyle like you - there's be action! After I posted that I worked on a shorter version to replace it, but just never got the time to finish it. I guess I'll just leave it. Sadly, this was the first time in 5 years that I didn't get there.
